Dear Friends,
With each new year comes new year’s resolutions. While most have resolved to eat healthier and get fit, we’ve resolved to equip you with all of the up-to-date resources and knowledge to get your company in shape for 2016. One way we’re going to work toward that resolution is to help you ensure your programs and processes are both compliant and competitive in the market. Our first article is an L&A original highlighting some of the changes required by governing entities in 2016 and beyond, as well as some actions you can take to maintain compliance. We know these tips will be helpful in the coming year.

The second article we’re featuring in this issue of the L-Blast will also aid you in 2016 because it gives the ISS burn rate tables for proxy season. Be sure to read all of it for an update on the policy and observation changes.

Last, but certainly not least, we’re excited to feature an excerpt of data from our 2016 Energy Pay Pulse Survey. We invite you to learn more about this survey and how you can participate in future ones.

As always, we appreciate each and every one of you. Please let us know if there are specific topics you’d like to learn more about in 2016. Let’s make this year the best one yet!

Sincerely,
