Ian Keas joined Longnecker & Associates in 2011 and is the Mountain States Practice Leader in the Denver office. Mr. Keas provides analytic consulting services for various organizations on compensation issues related to senior executive and director compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive plan designs, and Compensation Committee Charters and Compensation Discussion and Analysis disclosures. Mr. Keas graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Houston. He is also a member of WorldatWork, Houston Compensation & Benefits, Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association, and NACD Colorado.
