For Unprecedented 7th Year in a Row, NFPCC Named One of the Best Companies to Work For in Texas
For an unprecedented seventh year in a row, NFP Compensation Consulting was named one of the 2017 Best Companies to Work for in Texas. Out of the 100 companies given this distinction, NFPCC landed in the top 10 this year.
Established in 2006, this awards program is a project of Texas Monthly, the Texas Association of Business (TAB), Texas SHRM and Best Companies Group. It was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Texas, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. To be considered for participation, companies had to meet specific requirements like employing a minimum of 15 employees and operating in the state of Texas for more than one year.
Private, public, for-profit and not-for profit businesses from across the state entered the two-part survey process to be considered for the award. The first part of the survey, which was worth 25% of the total assessment, evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, systems, philosophies, practices and demographics. Worth 75% of the total evaluation, the second part of the survey measured employee experience through individualized surveys. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Texas and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
The 100 winners were revealed for the first time at the Texas Association of Business (TAB) Best Companies to Work for in Texas Awards Dinner and Celebration on March 23 in Austin, Texas. In conjunction with the event, Texas Monthly also issued a special publication that profiled each winner.
NFPCC’s leadership feels very honored to have received this award so many years in a row, and they truly value the great feedback given by their employees. We look forward to participating for many more years to come!
